This week, I challenged my 100 Summer Camp staff (as they are in their last week of ESP Day Camp!) and my 20 full-time team not to miss it: the magic around them. Sometimes the busyness and noise distracts from the beauty and magic that we are surrounded by. And sometimes the busyness and noise IS the magic.
