Java Joy, an employment program of ESP's, exists to create experiences of unmatched joy through moments of engagement with people of all abilities.
Taking the helm of the nonprofit at just 19 years old, Laura shares the lessons and joy that she has received from ESP's members over the last twenty years.

She is using that platform intentionally to shine a light on people of all abilities, to amplify ESP’s mission, and to help spread joy far beyond the parade route.
